Preheat Oven 180°

First bowl

160 gr flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 tsp cinnamon

Whisk until well combine

Second bowl

120ml oil

100gr sugar

95gr brown sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

Whisk

2 eggs (1 at a time)

Add dry ingredients gradually mix with spatula


Third bowl

150gr grated carrot

35gr pecan

35gr raisin

Mix everything together

180° 20-25 mins


Mixer bowl

90 gr cheese cream

20 gr butter

0.5 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

Mixer 2 mins -medium speed-

124gr powder sugar

Mix until combined
